Over six weeks, couples will complete our core coaching curriculum through four weekly 1-hour sessions. The final two weekly 1-hour sessions are dedicated to personalized coaching, allowing us to take a deeper dive into the specific challenges, goals, and relationship dynamics that need additional attention.
